Not someday. Today

My mum died four days before Christmas, at 48. No warning, no goodbye. It left me asking what story my life was actually telling, and that question has shaped everything I've built since.

Josh has spent over a decade helping leaders, teams, and communities step into their potential and create lasting impact. He’s spoken to and worked with tens of thousands of people worldwide, delivering keynotes, workshops, and leadership programs that equip individuals to grow, lead with clarity, and shape cultures that thrive.

Known for connecting with people and inspiring action, Josh blends vision, strategy, and practical insight in a way that makes leadership and personal growth tangible. Whether it’s developing leaders, enhancing team performance, or transforming organisational culture, Josh partners with teams to turn ideas into results that last.

Josh is also a pastor and church planter in Melbourne, creating spaces where people belong, contribute, and take responsibility for what matters.

Outside of work, he’s a husband to his high school sweetheart, Tayla, and a proud dad of two sons who are his best mates.
